応募用のCoversheetフォーマットページの準備が整いましたので、

> The JRA(NASDA-EA-NASA-CNES Joint Research Announcement)is prepared as the
> first Joint Research Announcement, NASDA, EA, NASA, and CNES.

> The purpose of this JRA is to solicit proposals from researchers in order
> to contribute to the mission of ADEOS-II by effectively analyzing and
> evaluating observation data obtained from sensors developed by NASDA, EA,
> NASA, and CNES.

> The JRA solicitation is open to all categories of both domestic and
> foreign organizations, including educational institutions, industries,
> non-profit institutions, and governmental agencies.

> This JRA will be applied to the three fields below, including both
> individual and multiple uses of the various sensors. (AMSR,GLI/NASDA,
> ILAS-II/EA, seaWind/NASA, POLDER/CNES)
