学術会議ＷＣＲＰ（世界気候研究計画）専門委員会主催の"ＷＣＲＰ ＩＮ
ＪＡＰＡＮ"が，３月８−１０日に日本学術会議大ホールにて開催されます．本
会議は，ＷＣＲＰ／ＪＳＣ（合同科学委員会）が東京で開催されるのを機に，
わが国のＷＣＲＰ活動を国内外に広くアピールしようという目的で企画されま
した．
ＧＡＭＥ関連は，初日のＧＥＷＥＸセッションにて発表されます．ＧＥＷＥＸ
国際プロジェクトオフィスのDirectorのDr.P.TryがＧＥＷＥＸ全般の状況の紹
介を，ＮＡＳＡのDr.W.LauがＣＬＩＶＡＲモンスーンパネルおよびＣＥＯＰ関
連の計画を紹介します．
ＧＡＭＥ，ＧＥＷＥＸ，ＷＣＲＰの活動／研究成果を広く理解するには良い機
会です．奮ってご参加ください．
