以下のメールがgio@ihas宛（game国際事務局）に来ました．
西アフリカで2005年に集中観測をしたいそうです．そこで
どういう風にネゴネゴしたのか教えて（勝手に曲解すると
そう読める）という質問です．

私はIOPが終わった後に事務局に入ったので，どういう交渉
があったのか分かりませんし，せっかくなのでここに
流してみました．

＃気象庁マターだったんでしょうか？安成先生に
＃聞けばいいのでしょうか？（同じ建物，同じ階なのに
＃外で合う方が圧倒的に多いのは・・・）

Dear colleagues,

I am looking for information about what was built the implementation
plan of Game for 1998. I am presently involved in a similar field
experiment in West Africa planned for 2005 (projet AMMA - African
Monsoon Multi-disciplinary Experiment; http://medias.obs-mip.fr/amma).
We are looking for special funds to enhance the radiosounding network
which is rather poor on West Africa. I would like to know if similar
problems were encountered in the preparation of GAME and if so, which
kind of funds were found to assure these measurements. Do you know
anybody who were involved in the preparation of GAME and who could
answer to my question ?
