WWF3出席のご予定を確定の方もおられることかと思いますが、IAHS PUB Sessionへの
出席を計画に入れていただきたく、ご案内申し上げます。
IAHS PUBセッションは、3月20日8：45-11：30京都国際会館Room Eで行われます。以
下のようにIHP、WMO水文審議会の議長がお二人とも参加され、SSG ChairのSivapalan
も参加します。イギリス環境水文研所長が討論のモダレーターを引き受けてくれます
ので、たっぷり時間を取って、実りある議論がしたいと思います。
