Visual Technique of TIPEX Data Bank and It's application To Analysis and Simulation for '98 rainstorm in Yangtze River

In order to suit with a full understanding of data distribution, specially for investigation on '98 flooding in China, the east Asia monsoon region, a visual technique of '98 TIPEX databank deigning has been made. The application of visual dada-bank, hyper medium, intelligence and physical interaction methods in data-bank designing are discussed in this study. PBL observed dataCgradient observation dataCenvironmental data and data format is also discussed in the study. A visual objective analyzing model by using TIPEX dada bank system, specially for enhance sounding data during the IOP period is made. In order to show the role of special TIPEX data, for examples, we can see in animation showing what it will be if we miss data for Shiquanhe and Gaize, the enhanced sounding during IOP. The visual analyzing model of TIPEX data bank will also give us a better understanding for Plateau weather situation, specially, for a Plateau warm anti-cyclone over Tibetan Plateau, which is important for east monsoon system. The events of increasing of humidity over Plateau (Fig.1), the cloud-system creating at Plateau and moving out off the Plateau, heavy rainfall making to the down stream, along the Yangtze River area (Fig.2) by numerical simulation, using MM5 with a composite data set of TIPEX enhanced and conventional data, can also be shown in this study. It is shown in the study, the observation data and design area technique research and development of data bank is very important to improve understanding real atmosphere behave, monsoon and water cyclone in Asia. The technique exchange of field experiment data is important in the future study project.
