| The Water Resources
Application Project (WRAP) is a working group of the GEWEX
Hydrometeorology Panel (GHP). It was formed to initiate dialogue with
the water resource community on the application of GEWEX products for
water resource management and planning. The working group includes
representatives from all of the GHP continental scale experiments (CSE)
and continental scale associates (CSA), the International Satellite
Land Surface Climatology Project (ISLSCP), Hydrology for the
Environment, Life and Policy (HELP), World Water Assessment Programme
(WWAP), International Association of Hydrological Sciences (IAHS), and
