Siberia WG

GAME-Siberia IOP was delayed (2000) compared with the others (1998), thus Siberia WG also established in phase II. Siberia region is now "cool" for environmental studies, thus so many projects related (as follow on GAME-Siberia)/no-related GAME are ongoing.
