The Hydrospheric Atmospheric Research Center (HyARC) receives Masters' course students and Ph. D. Course students who are in the Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences, the Graduate School of Environmental Studies. HyARC also receives research students, commissioned researchers and other researchers.
